WE ACCEPT RETURNS WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM DATE OF DELIVERY.

WE CAN PROCESS A FULL REFUND OR ITEM EXCHANGE.

 

ZynPrintable Gifts takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction.  We stand behind the quality of our products and service. We want you to be completely satisfied with you order and we make every effort to assure that you are.

 

Please note that certain circumstances are beyond our control. We cannot be responsible for:

    Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
    Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
    Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
    Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.

    Customer's failure to correctly review and approve the design.

 

Please examine your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing and/or approving your order.

 

However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase from us for any reason or have any issues, please contact us via "Customer  Service - Returns" (at the bottom of the site) within 30 days from the date of delivery of your purchase.  

 

You must return your items to receive a full refund (including return shipping) or an exchange (we will redo your item).

If your order should arrive damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately via "Customer  Service - Returns" within one (1) week of receipt of your order. This does not include melting if the Warm Weather Shipping Policy is not followed.


You must contact us for an RMA# (via Customer  Service - Returns) and we will email you a return shipper and to take care of shipping charges.  If you do not contact us via Customer Service - Returns to receive your RMA# and return shipper from us before returning your item, you will be responsible for the shipping charges.
