Made from a quality polyester material with a shiny sequin finish.  On one side are two-tone (white and color), reversible sparkly sequins overlapping each other. And the other side is a soft velvet polyester fabric backing.

Images and text are printed on the white side of the reversible sequins. Both the sequin sides and the fabric side can be imprinted with images and/or designs.

Flip the sequins with your hand to reveal the vibrant, metallic, colored sequins.
